To order an item from me, simply send me an email (including a telephone number so that I can call you back) or telephone me. jane@jdlmjewelleryandtiaras.co.uk 07871 171565 Payment is by Cash or Cheque (the old fashioned papers ones!) with Cheque Guarantee card. As I work from home, to maintain my families privacy, I will give you my address to send payment to when you contact me with your order. For items already made which are in stock - full payment is required with the order. For payment by Cheque, this will need to clear before the item is despatched to you - I will send you an email when it is on its way. If buying in person from The Sanctuary Shop—payment is by cash or debit/credit card or Paypal. For bespoke/commissioned items, a non-refundable deposit is required with the remainder due on completion—please refer to the Commissions page and the Commissions process details.
