Introduction to PMC On: - Saturday 27 June 2009 OR Saturday 29 August 2009 At:- Putnoe Heights Church Centre Putnoe heights, Bedford, MK41 8EB Time:- 9.45 am to 5.00 pm Cost:- £80.00 Perfect for the complete novice or beginner, you will learn about PMC and with step by step instructions, you will be guided through the process of making two Fine Silver pendants. The first a very simple textured piece to hang from suede style thong, the other a more elaborate pendant which includes a set cubic zirconium stone and a bail, to hang from a chain. The cost includes: - up to 16g of PMC Clay Cubic Zirconium stones for decoration. Use of students individual tool kits Use of texture plates, cutters and other tools. Detailed handout Use of paste and syringe PMC as appropriate. Velveteen pouch to keep your new jewellery in. Silver polishing cloth to keep them sparkly. One Day Workshop - PMC and Dichroic Glass On: - Saturday 25 July 2009 At:- Putnoe Heights Church Centre Putnoe heights, Bedford, MK41 8EB Time:- 9.45 am to 5.00 pm Cost:- £80.00 During this workshop you will make a lovely dichroic glass and fine silver pendant. With step by step instructions you will learn how to surround the cabochon with silver, add a bail and decoration. Depending on your experience and speed with PMC and how much spare PMC you have after the main piece, you may be able to make an additional item, which may or may not include dichroic glass, and/or cubic zirconium. The cost includes: - up to 16g of PMC Clay Dichroic glass Cabachon(s) Cubic Zirconium (optional) Use of students individual tool kits Use of texture plates, cutters and other tools. Detailed handout Use of paste and syringe PMC as appropriate. Velveteen pouch to keep your new jewellery in. Silver polishing cloth to keep it sparkly. One Day Workshop - PMC Paste and Syringe Day On: - Saturday 26 September 2009 At:- Putnoe Heights Church Centre Putnoe heights, Bedford, MK41 8EB Time:- 9.45 am to 5.00 pm Cost:- £90 During this workshop you will make two items of jewellery using only the PMC Paste and Syringe respectively. With step by step instructions you will learn how to make a ’wet constructed’ piece, and a filigree/syringed piece. This workshop is aimed more at an intermediate level as you will be required to work quickly and methodically. The cost includes: - One Pot of PMC Paste One Syringe of PMC fine paste Cubic Zirconium (optional) Use of students individual tool kits Detailed handout Velveteen pouch to keep your new jewellery in. Silver polishing cloth to keep it sparkly.

At the end of the workshop, you have the option to purchase sterling silver findings, chains and suede style thong to complete your masterpiece. Also, if you want to purchase PMC clay products to continue your PMC experience at home, these can be ordered for you free of postage and packing. Tea and Coffee will be available throughout the day. Using Leaves, Bark, twigs and other natural organic materials (supplied), you will make items which capture the beauty, texture and shapes of Mother Nature herself. This workshop is aimed more at an intermediate level as you will be required to work quickly and methodically. The cost includes: - Up to 16g PMC Clay One Pot of PMC Paste Use of PMC syringe. One Day Workshop - PMC Freestyle Day For Christmas, give a loved one a personal gift handcrafted especially for them by you. On: - Saturday 28 November 2009 At:- Putnoe Heights Church Centre Putnoe heights, Bedford, MK41 8EB Time:- 9.45 am to 5.00 pm Cost:- £80 This is a mixed workshop open to beginners and experienced alike, but you must already have PMC experience to some degree. Come and spend a day making fine silver items to give as gifts, or just to treat yourself to some pre-seasonal time out. Be it pairs of earrings, pendants, key fob or cuff links, this will be a productive day for all. Guidance will be given on design and construction, and help/tuition will be available according to ability. The cost includes: - Up to 16g PMC Clay Cubic Zirconium stones Dichroic glass cabochons' Use PMC syringe and paste in production. Use of students individual tool kits Use of texture plates, cutters and other tools. Velveteen pouch to keep your new jewellery in. Silver polishing cloth to keep it sparkly.
